Mugabe launches own 'massacre' fashion label
HARARE - A new fashion stable, House of Gushungo clothing stable, which is under Yedu Nesu Holdings, has introduced a new clothing line from President Robert Mugabe's signature.
The clothing stable is set to redefine the country's fashion industry which is mostly dominated by foreign clothing labels.
The contemporary line appeals to today's modern men and women, offering style, comfort and a splash of attitude.
House of Gushungo Chairman, Dr Nicholas Munyonga said they saw it fit to celebrate President Robert Mugabe's achievements in style.
"We decided to come up with something that is long lasting, something that will last forever and in honour of the our President," he said.
Justine Matenda and Allan Mapisa said the clothing stable will give an opportunity for locals to celebrate one of their own.
The R.G Mugabe label will feature various distinctive collections, the "must have" basics that will carry over from season-to-season.
From female tops, golf t-shirts, formal shirts, winter jackets and caps, among others; Mugabe's signature is embedded on them.
