High Court to Decide Mutambara's Fate Today
By Special correspondent Thu, Dec 15, 2011
The High Court of Bulawayo will decide whether or not Professor Welshman Ncube is the legitimate leader of the Movement of Democratic Change formation today at 10am during motion court.
Last month, the same court reserved judgement on confirmation of its interim relief indefinitely after hearing arguments from both sides.
Prof Aurther Mutambara is challenging Prof Ncube as the MDC leader arguing that processes that led to his ousting were foul.
The said processes took place during the party's January congress.
Our correspondent is in court now and will accordingly update you with all developments.
