The Mirror reports her father, Mitch Winehouse, revealing that she had problems with her recent boob job which prompted her stay in hospital.
Earlier reports had suggested that the singer entered The London Clinic in the U.K. capital after suffering an adverse reaction due to cold medication.
"She just had a little leaky something or other," he is quoted as saying.
A friend told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "She saw something oozing out on to her top. She was worried as to see stuff seeping out was horrible."
Winehouse underwent a breast enhancement operation in October.
