Harare-The Democratic Republic of Congo's main opposition Party, National People's Patriotic Party of the Congo/DRC President Sapard Vincent-de Paul Mozes Mulumba Tshimankinda Ngandu KALALA is in Zimbabwe for a regional Tour to lure support ahead of the country's election due next year.

In an interview with journalists in Harare on Monday Sapard Vincent-de Paul Mozes Mulumba Tshimankinda Ngandu KALALA blamed DRC president Joseph Kabila of failing to respect human rights by following dictatorial policies. He said  it  was  against  this back ground that he  had  decided to challenge  him in the next  presidential elections  to be held in June 2011,hence  his  SADC regional tour starting with Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe  to tell  regional  leaders that  Joseph Kabila  had failed
his  people.
"I am confident that  if SADC  leaders  whom I respect  so much during my  tour see that   my  policies  are equal  to what  they are striving for, that is of  seeing  Africans enjoy  freedom in their African countries, are  going to support me," he said. Asked how  much confidence he  had in getting support from SADC leaders most  of  them belong to  revolutionary  parties and anti-foreign sponsored opposition parties he said he was  going to convince them that  he was not a rebel but wanted to bring rule  of law  in DRC.
"I am  going to  tell  them that  I am not a rebel, I want to  bring back democracy  which  our fore fathers including Joseph Kabila's Late  Father Laurent Kabila. They will accept  me  because  SADC's constitution promotes democracy which has been eroded  in DRC under the  current regime  which is worse than  that of Mobuto sese Seko.
DRC Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mwawampanga Mwana Nanga last told a Zimbabwean Daily paper that Sapard Vincent-de Paul Mozes Mulumba Tshimankinda Ngandu KALALA was a small boy in DRC politics who had not people's support. The 55 year old President of National People's Patriotic Party of the Congo/DRC said Kabala was expropriating the country's rich natural resources
for his own benefit reducing the nation to a world misery.
