Man in trouble for fondling another man's manhood

Fri, Jan 27, 2012

A Harare man was chased down the pub and beaten up after he fondled another man’s manhood.

Moses Malunga, 36, fled an angry mob after Mathew Miti said he had touched his manhood. Mathew was so shocked when Moses caressed his thigh and manhood that he jumped and alerted others. Sensing danger Moses took to his heels.

He was not fast enough as he was caught and beaten. He was handed over to the cops and has since appeared in court charged with indecent assault.

He however, vehemently denied the allegations when he appeared before Harare magistrate Lazarus Murendo.

Malunga was asked to pay $50 bail and was remanded to February 13 for trial.

State counsel Sikhangele Mahlamvana alleges that on January 21 at around 9pm, Moses and the now-complainant were having drinks at Big Byte Nite Club in the capital and became friendly to each other.

In the process, he touched and fondled Mathew’s manhood much to the latter’s chagrin.

Before the court, Moses denied being a homosexual. Asked why he was running away, Moses told the court that an angry mob was now assaulting him and he decided to run for his dear life.
