Zuma starts off for Zimbabwe, Zambia
South African President Jacob Zuma Will tomorrow arrive in the Zimbabwen Capital Harare for talks with the three principals in Zimbabwe’s inclusive government in a fresh bid to meet a December 6 deadline set by regional leaders to force a quick resolution of the power-sharing dispute threatening to derail the country’s coalition regime.

On Monday, Zuma will fly into Lusak, Zambia a for an official state visit. He will later travel to Mazabuka district with President Rupiah Banda. According to infromation obtained, Zuma will arrive at Lusaka International airport at 17: 30 hours local time.

Zuma was tasked by the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to mediate in a power-sharing dispute between President Robert Mugabe’s ZANU PF party and the former opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) led by Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai.
A spokesperson for the MDC said Zuma would meet Mugabe, Tsvangirai and the leader of a breakaway MDC faction Arthur Mutambara during his visit to Harare tomorrow.
