Luanda - The multi-national group of studants of the 23rd course of command and general staff of the Zimbabwe armed forces today learned about the functioning of the angolan Constitutional Court.
Escorted by the director for international relations of the Defense Ministry, admiral Andre Mendes de Carvalho "Miau", the group was reported about the functioning, structures and composition of the Constitutional Court by Judge Advisor, Efigénia Lima Clemente.
Addressing the press the group leader, zimbabwean colonel Augustine Chipwene, said that the visit aimed at the exchange of experience and study of some economic, social, political and military aspects of Angola, but stressed that Zimbabwe has no Constitutional Court and according to him this is the reason why human rights issues are treated more quickly in Angola.
The zimbabwean delegation, in Angola under the a bilateral agreement on defense, leaves Luanda Wednesday back to Harare.
