Zimbabwe military delegation expected Sunday in Luanda

Luanda - A delegation of students of the 23rd course of the Zimbabwe Armed Forces’ Command and Chiefs of Staff is expected Sunday in Luanda for an eight-day visit, as part of existing bilateral cooperation in the defence domain between the two countries.

 Luanda  - A delegation of students of the 23rd course of the Zimbabwe Armed Forces’ Command and Chiefs of Staff is expected Sunday in Luanda for an eight-day visit, as part of  existing bilateral cooperation in the defence domain between the two countries.

 While in Luanda, the military students delegation will be informed about Angola’s political, military, social and economic developments.

The delegation will also pay courtesy meetings to Angolan Defence minister, Cândido Pereira Van-Dúnem, to the chief of Staff of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA), gen. Francisco Furtado and meet with MPs of the National Assembly’s Defence, Security and Internal Order Commission. 

Visits to economic undertakings and historic interest sites, as well as to the "11 de Novembro" football stadium, are also part of the visiting delegation’s agenda.
